Our offer:
We provide project management assessments for on-going projects.
These management assessments are implemented to check the status of project work. They are oriented on the project assessment processes of the GPM German Association for Project Management and the IPMA International Project Management Association (Model for Project Excellence). We can identify project action requirements on the basis of the assessments, define project optimization measures in conjunction with the project manager and provide support in the implementation of these measures.
Project management seminars and project management workshops.
We organize educations and workshops to communicate methodical management competence. Participants are coached in aspects of the social competence that they require to perform management tasks. Most seminars and workshops are held on an in-house basis. Some courses, e.g. special seminars and courses for project management practitioners or project managers are open to external participants.
In addition to courses leading to the qualifications of Certified Project Management Associate (IPMA Level D) and seminars which prepare candidates for the IPMA and GPM project management certificates of Certified Project Manager (IPMA Level C), Certified Senior Project Manager (IPMA Level B) and Certified Project Director (IPMA Level A), we also offer 1, 2 or 3-day competence-enhancing seminars, such as
