Project implementation
- Cooperation in the project (project groups, communication problems)
- Effective project work (workshop management, mediation, presentation)
- Forms of project structures (company and project organizational structures, line, matrix and autonomous PM)
What methods are used?
Our trainers provide the theoretical input and support you in the implementation of a specific transfer project. This project ensures that you are able to transfer project management theory into everyday project management practice. The course covers alternating workshops, presentations and discussions to maximise interaction and intensive exchange between the participants and trainer. It makes learning an interesting experience! Your course materials (including textbook, workbook, photographic documentation) provide you with valuable assistance as a reference work in your everyday project work.
