Effective Preparation for your examination
Our course covers the basic principles and methods of project management, the organisation of a project and aspects of cooperation within a project.We provide in-depth preparation for the IAPM assessment.
The IAPM currently offers two different levels of certification -Certified Project Manager (IAPM) and Certified Senior Project Manager (IAPM).
To obtain certification as Certified Project Manager (IAPM) you will need project management knowledge in all competence elements and be required to demonstrate this in an examination by answering questions correctly.
What is expected of you?
You should be able to plan, organise, manage and successfully close out a project. You need knowledge in order to keep your head above water. Your project team has to be managed on the basis of communication skills and methodical competence, giving consideration to your special leadership role as project manager. You have to develop excellent project management skills and, preferably, have them confirmed by external certification.

We build up a solid foundation for a successful career as project manager, from an understanding of the special requirements of a project manager to self- management competence. We prepare you for the demanding IAPMT certification.
