What you can expect of the “Agile project management” module
You should be able to plan, organise, manage and successfully close out an agile project. You need the necessary knowledge and competencies to perform every role in an agile project team. You have to have an understanding of the special requirements in a Scrum or Kanban environment and be able to apply agile methods such as Extreme Programming.
Perhaps you have already been working in agile teams for several years and are familiar with all aspects of Scrum but would like to obtain external conformation of your knowledge and experience, or your organisation intends to standardise the project management tools and terms that are used by its employees to simplify their work and make them more effective, or perhaps it is planning to roll-out Scrum and you would like to find out more about this project management method. This module is also the ideal way to prepare for the International Association of Project Managers‘ Certified Agile Project Manager (IAPM) certification. The certification costs are included in the course fee.
