In line with our workshop "Digital Mindset", the company "Onestoptransformation" offers a personality test with which you can find out which "digital type" you are.
The test is not about your digital skills such as programming language or software knowledge, but much more about your characteristics based on digitisation.
The following topics are tested in the DCI test:
- Customer centricity
- Openness to dealing with failure
- Proactivity and entrepreneurial action orientation
- Creativity and motivation
- Critical ability
- Openness and agility
Based on your answers, you will learn how strong your personality shares are in the respective types. A distinction is made between the "digital questioner", the "digital supporter", the "digital nerd" and the "digital bridge builder".
The test helps you to classify yourself and/or your team and to create an ideal constellation for your projects.
The test is based on more than 100 interviews conducted by our partner Onestoptransformation with potential candidates and clients.
